Illegal City?

Well our national capital seems to float anything that is mentioned illegal on our law books. Perhaps something to do with the influx of politicians there for decades.

The Court orders to bring down all ill-legal buildings within the city. This includes Residential complexes, Corporate offices, Schools, Shopping malls and what not?

PM intervenes to look into it. What are they going to look in to? Looks like a conflict between the court order and the corridors on power is again on its way.
