My interest to the get into the blog world (Rather re-entry. I had one earlier, not updated for long time and even lost the ID) was fuelled by various Dronacharya's in the Tamil blog world. Especially the likes of Raju, Ferrari, Penathal Suresh, Thennavan and more importantly Mahadevan Ramesh (It's unfortunate that he doesn't blog anymore). Though I used to participate actively on discussions on various discussion groups and yahoogroups I neither had the time and patience (Dei adanguda appadi enna vetti muricha madiri scene podara!!) nor passion to blog.

I wish I continue it without break, by deriving

- The Passion, Dedication and enthusiasm from Thennavan,
- Knowledge from Raju,
- Humour from Ramesh and
- The Wisdom from Ferrari and Suresh.

So what does the communists and the government employees want? Continue getting their easy-salaries without moving their butt?

Government employees in India I believe they suffer from huge Inferiority complex and are highly insecure. Probably because privatisation means better efficiency, and having worked for years in in-efficient manner they are not capable of delivering the efficiency that's expected out of them. And communists instead of organizing strikes, why not organize a training and psycological counselling for those employees to get over their insecurity?

Now the next question is who will pay for those counselling and training? Well consider the revenue loss on the strike. Could'nt that money be used once for doing something positive?

Indian Railways Fan Club

Anybody aware that Indian Railways has a fan club? I did'nt till I stumbled upon this site while searching for some info on our Railways. Here u go.

A site with good pics and info from the fans perspective. I found it informative. Some day hopefully I should be able to use those info for an All-India tour that I cherish to do :-))
